Think creatively and make a social impact

Social Impact offers a workshop on Design Thinking.

Design thinking is a concept for creative problem solving that brings together as many different experiences, opinions and perspectives as possible with regard to a problem. The user-centered perspective is particularly interesting. The process focuses on the needs of the user and develops the solution approaches based on this. The method is also a good way for companies to have employees from different departments and hierarchical levels work together on new products or services, since it results in an interdisciplinary exchange of expertise and methodological skills.

The team thus has broad knowledge and solution competencies at its disposal, whereby each team member can contribute his or her own perspective and experience. This is how innovative solutions are created.

Together with you, we want to make this approach tangible in the context of the social economy and the special features associated with it.

The workshop is part of the project "Modernization of the Non-Statutory Welfare Sector" and is sponsored by the German Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth.
